La Finca is a Berli-basd speciality coffee company with Colombian roots owned by Marlene and Felipe. The Brand stand for fair payment, ecological approaches and transparency.
The main focus of this project was to improve the already existing website.
The content created by these entrepreneurs on their website was very assertive but lacked structure. The Brand is on a good path, but we wanted to make this experience more attractive with a completely user-centred Design. We took the user research information from one hundred survey responses, seven coffee lovers interviews and the Stakeholder insights. We Highlighted the relationship between Kaffee La Finca and Farmers, improved e-commerce experience and clarified the three Fincas with the three different Coffee types.
